Our bread proofing linens originate from France, and they are made of pure linen, as linen is the best material for proofing bread due to its absorbent properties. They are available in various widths, including 60 cm, which is the width most often available by the roll or meter. As for our cotton canvas for loading conveyors, bakeries love its density and is resistance. Our bakery fabrics are successfully used in many traditional bakeries and bakery plants throughout Europe.

BAKERS COUCHE
We can supply the baker’s couches to your size, with any desired length, keeping the factory width of the canvas (e.g. length 100 cm x width 60 cm). The baker’s couche is then finished with a hem, so that the fabric does not fray. There will be hems only in the widthes, as the edges of the fabric are factory closed and do not require hemming. offer limited to a maximum of 30 pieces.
